Paul Kremer

Founding Executive Director

Paul Kremer, the Founding Executive Director, is both an educational and a business leader. As a PhD candidate in the College of Education (Lifespan Developmental Psychology) at Arizona State University, he has taught classes such as Theories of Learning, Motivation, and Assessment as well as Moral, Social, and Cognitive Development. He has also been involved with research projects related to bullying and peer relationships in school. Currently, he collaborates with ASU faculty on creating innovative teaching strategies that integrate academic tasks with social-emotional ones.  Paul is passionate about educating the heads and hearts of students and is Expecting Academic Greatness with a Loving Emphasis to occur at EAGLE. Paul believes that preparing for college should begin during the early and formative years of one’s life. He also thinks that students and families need more educational choices in order to achieve “college preparation at an early age.” Finally, he is excited that the founding school will be located in the Laveen and South Mountain Village communities.
